    Services

    Dr. Appliance provides residential and commercial appliance repair services in Livermore, CA and surrounding areas including Pleasanton, Dublin, San Ramon, Tracy, and the greater East Bay. All services are subject to availability, scheduling, and the specific needs of each repair.

    Service Calls & Scheduling

    Appointments are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. We make every effort to arrive within the scheduled window. In the event of unforeseen delays, we will contact you to reschedule. A service call fee may apply, which is typically applied toward the cost of the repair if you choose to proceed.

    Pricing & Estimates

    All repair estimates are provided upfront before work begins. Prices may vary based on the type of repair, parts needed, complexity of the job, and the appliance model. Additional issues discovered during repair will be communicated before any additional work is performed. We do not charge for work that has not been approved by the customer.

    Warranty & Guarantee

    All repairs performed by Dr. Appliance come with a satisfaction guarantee. Warranty terms may vary by repair type and parts used. Manufacturer parts carry their own warranty terms. Our labor warranty covers defects in workmanship for a specified period following the repair.

    Liability

    Dr. Appliance is not responsible for pre-existing conditions, cosmetic damage unrelated to the repair, or damages caused by factors outside our control (such as power surges, flooding, or improper installation by others). Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. We carry full commercial insurance for your protection.

    Cancellation Policy

    We ask that you provide at least 2 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to another customer. Repeated no-shows may result in a cancellation fee.
